Truffle themed lunches on 19th and 20th June

This week in the RMTC Kitchen, our wonderful chef, Liza, is treating us to a truffle infused luncheon. The truffles have been kindly provided by Jen and Mike McAuley, of Red Hill Truffles. Be sure to make a booking with the Pros for Thursday 19th or Friday 20th June. Places are limited. Visitors welcome.

The menu will feature:

  • Steak with creamy potato dauphinoise infused with autumn black truffles
  • Pan fried flathead in truffle butter
  • Risotto with creamy Arborio rice simmered in white wine and chicken broth and finished with truffle
  • Profiteroles filled with cream then drizzled with chocolate
